Everything! This is an amazing hotel in an awesome location and so very convenient to all Como has to offer! The staff is second to none and were so friendly and helpful all the time! We stayed a week and had absolutely the best room in the hotel with a large balcony! The views from the room are stunning! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and made the stay feel like home. The daily breakfast is the best we’ve ever had in a hotel and was included with our room! The food options were simply amazing! The wait staff were so professional and kind and made our visit extra special. What a place to culminate a nice long holiday vacation in Europe! Thank you to everyone at Albergo Terminus for this wonderful memory!

The hotel is across the street from the ferry, beautiful water views, about 3 blocks from train station (when running) and in the middle of Como for shops, restrauants and gelato :-). Room was quiet, comfortable with upscale bedding and decor. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Reservations required. Breakfast was wonderful - a delightful assortment of anything you might enjoy with an attentive staff. The restaurant has views of Lake Como and is charming with twinkle lights and greenery.

The room was great, actually a small suite so we had lots of room and the bathroom was excellent. We had a view of the piazza next us, the ferry terminal and lake from our window. The bed was as comfortable as my own at home and the windows kept all the noise outside to a bare minimum. A small coffee and tea corner and a well stocked minibar made sure to provide that extra touch. The staff working there was friendly and professional.
